The Administration Division orders, receives and pays for library materials, provides strategic planning and staff development, manages the library facilities, coordinates educational and outreach services and develops resources needed to achieve program goals.

In addition, the Administration Division manages the departmental budget and personnel, monitors grants, gathers and tracks all statistical data and coordinates all foundation and board meetings.
