WebTV Compatibility

WebTV stores (or caches) webpages as a way to reduce how long it takes to download content from the Internet. WISECat creates dynamic webpages which cannot be cached. In addition, WISECat uses security features that are not compatible with caching to help protect patron privacy. Because these two technologies do not work together, WebTV users may not be able to fully access our catalog.
