Papel Picado Pop In - Whittwood

Have a relaxing evening chatting with fellow crafters while exploring a Hispanic Heritage craft like Papel Picado.  Patrons will learn how to cut this traditional folk art on tissue paper to create banners that can be used as decorations for festive events or on altars.  All supplies will be provided. This program is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and make something fun.
